This was my second time coming to this mechanic and Alex at the front desk was very helpful!!! He explained things in a way I could understand and was very kind and respectful. Customer service was amazing. They were very fast with changing my battery and I couldn't be happier!!

I went to Briarcliffe Auto Shop for an oil change. I received a call, the mechanic noticed my inspection was up this month and asked if I would like to get it done while they had the vehicle. I was so grateful, I have an extremely busy schedule and this killed two birds with one stone.
